Shore Zen

WELCOME TO YOUR FOREVER YOGA STUDIO HOME. We love anything and everything associated with moving mindfully and meeting ourselves where we are (without judgement). We are taking a step outside of that traditional wellness box. Intentions are set high in our Shore Zen studio. It is our intention to have fun, be present and bring happiness to our bodies all while exploring different variations and forms of yoga and pilates!

Gentle Yoga

A gentle yoga practice that focuses on gentle movement patterns, mindfulness and relaxation. A great class for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike! 

Soul Fusion

Soul Fusion is a high energy movement practice that incorporates weights, sliders and yoga! Be prepared to sweat.

Fitness Pilates 

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise program designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability. Fitness Pilates is based upon the teachings of Joseph Pilates and effective exercise prescription. In this practice we use thera bands, sliders, pilates rings and bender balls. 

Shore Heat

Shore Heat is a warm Vinyasa class that gets between 80 & 85 degrees. Expect to leave feeling fully stretched and ready to start your day.

BUTIMVMT

This practice helps you to integrate your emotional experience to feel at home in your body. We use beat-driven music to guide our intuitive practice, curating an atmosphere that engages all of the senses physical and spiritual.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a yoga practice that flows with breath and movement. In this class you meet yourself where you are with breathwork, movement and mindfulness.

Centergy

Centergy incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body movement journey.

Flow and Restore

This easy to flow encourages muscle warmth, balancing postures and seated stretching followed by a restorative yoga practice.
