Rest & Restore Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a form of passive meditation used to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, release emotions, improve sleep, decrease anxiety and to overall create a well balanced mood. This class typically takes place once a month on either a Friday night or Saturday morning.
Grief Work
Grief is the bodies natural and normal response to any kind of loss. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to seen, heard and supported through loss and grief. We also believe that movement is medicine and when you combine a supportive environment, movement and the willingness to be present that is where the magic happens.
