BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast!

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own!  A BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

Body step

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

In a BODYSTEP Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.


Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. 

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.


Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it's the glue that holds everything together.

Step into a BODYVIVE 3.1 class and you'll tick off a complete workout. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. You'll leave fizzing with energy and on track for all-around healthy living.


Get hooked on the Turbo high! With cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you'll get lean and toned and have a blast doing it! It's high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting!


A total body workout that is a combination of cardio, strength training, plyometric and core training to help develop overall body fitness. The one hour long workout primarily involves moving from one station to another in set periods of time.  Each station varies from 1-3 minutes alternating between strength and cardio exercises for maximum calorie burn.

What do you get when you combine TRX and SPINNING? Shore Circuit! Let one of our instructors coach you through this amazing, calorie burning, sweat fest of a workout.


HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! 




Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called (obviously enough) a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.

TBC- Total Body Conditioning


An all inclusive fitness class that provides basic cardio and conditioning exercises to challenge  all ages and all fitness levels that is BIG on fun, energy and individual success. 

Pump and Tone


Get all the benefits of strength training in this 45 minute class! Incorporate strength training with free weights, body weight and resistance bands. 



Suspension training works your entire body! While your working your arms or your legs, your core is also getting a great workout! We've taken TRX and incorporated interval training  to bring you only the best in TRX FIT! Space is limited, make sure you sign up!



Think party on your bike! WE LOVE THIS WORKOUT! Why? Because it is SO. MUCH. FUN. It's the total package. We incorporate cardio, strength training and some dance flair into this indoor cycling experience!



We LOVE circuits! We also LOVE cycling and TRX! So imagine what kind of class we can come up with when we love all three!!!
